Most manufacturers make inkjet cartridges with built-in print heads this is because this is the most frequently used part of the printer and by replacing this each time you refit another cartridge you will maintain that high quality print that inkjet printers provide. The print head works by forcing ink out of the bottom by using heat or vibration.
